da da

on friday i thought i heard landon say da da a few times but i thought nothing of it because he babbles a lot. well, yesterday the 3 of us went to the pool store and while sean was getting our water tested i had landon on the ground standing him up. he looked at me with bright eyes and said da da. i wanted to yell across the store but i figured i embarrass sean enough and waited until we got in the car. well, after that he said da-da all day. grandma and grandpa ward agreed to watch landon for us while we went on a date to orlando's moonfish restaurant. while we were there, he got his first haircut from his sideburns and that tuft on top he's had since birth that is longer than the rest of his hair. while we were all talking landon looked up and said da-da. of course grandma got excited! as you may probably know sean's head is about to explode, he is proud! before we put landon to bed last night i was holding landon and he looked right at sean and said da-da. sean said "that's right, buddy, and da da loves you" and gave him a kiss! SO CUTE! this morning when i was feeding him oatmeal he looked over at sean who was sitting beside me and said da-da again! i love it!
